Love Roosters – Sketch 5

Morning everyone.

I hope you are all well and in fine fettle.  This is going to be really quick as we are having power cuts every 5 minutes.

This weeks Addicted to Stamps and More Challenge theme is a Sketch #5

Here is my little card for this weeks challenge. I did find the sentiment and the heart a little bit hard to place on this one but I do hope you like it.

Copy of DSC_0006

Ok, what did I do… I started off by stamping my Rooster with black archival ink onto some coated stock, masked him and then stamped over him with using a crackle stamp and DI ink.  Leaving the mask on, I then stamped the words using black archival ink and the postage mark using DIs.  I removed the mask and coloured the Rooster in with basic felt pens.  I mat and layered the card up. I stamped the sentiment onto a piece of scrap paper and added that and made the heart out of scraps and add that as well.

Stamps used: Rooster and Sentiment – Chocolate Baroque.  Crackle stamp – Crafty Individuals. Small Script – Paper Artsy Lynne Perella  (014) designs.

Just before I leave you, I just wanted to thank my blogging friends for joining me over on this blog.  Your company and support is very much appreciated.

Take care everyone. Happy Crafting.

Best Wishes Florence x
