Morning everyone.
Are you ready for another challenge? This weeks challenge theme is “Vintage”. As usual, there is lots of scope for this weeks challenge.
It’s quite exciting over at Addicted to Stamps and More this week as there is a virtual party going on as we are being joined by the wonderful DT from Inspired by stamping. So a huge warm welcome to Joanna, Vicki, Leah, Shani, Irit, Deb and Liz, Grace and Nazeema….. I told you it was a party!!
I love vintage themes so I really enjoyed this challenge. Here is my little DT piece.
Stamps Used – Crafty Individuals
For the focal piece I stamped the vintage image onto white coated card stock using archival black ink and coloured using some inks from felt tips and a damp paint brush. I then masked the image of the ladies and coloured the card stock with some distressing inks.
I used dies to make the flower and leaf flourish, just adding a few seed beads in the center of the flower. I used a punch and some pretty papers to make up the layering pieces.
Thats all from me today.
Happy Crafting
everyone.
Best Wishes Florence x

Hi Florence
I received e-mail notification for the post from your other blog but I am not receiving notifications of new posts for this blog. I am certainly a Follower of both so not sure why I am not receiving notifications.
Such a gorgeous creation and the colours are so pretty and remind us of the colours that Springtime flowers will be displaying, hopefully soon enough.
Glad all is well with you.

Hi ya Lynne. Great to hear from you. You are down as following both blogs. Something is strange with the subscriptions. I have the same problem and I have lost a lot of my non-wordpess subs. Thank you for calling in and for your lovely comments.

Hi Linda, Lovely to hear from you. Thank you for stopping by and for your lovely comments. Linda, last year you had on your blog some altered window frames that your ladies made at one of your retreats. I could not find the post when I had a look the other day. When you have time could you let me know the link to the post.
