Hi everyone.
This weeks Addicted to Stamps and More challenge is a CAS card. For full details of the challenge, to see the wonderful inspiration projects by the DT and to join in the fun please click on the link above.
For this weeks challenge my CAS card has been inspired by the old fashioned style poster adverts.
I cut a triangle out of coated cardstock and stamped the lady image using black archival ink. I masked her off and also added a circle mask. I coloured the card using Distressing inks and a sponge. After removing the masks I coloured the lady with felt pens. I then popped the mask back over the lady and stamped the circle perfume image and added a bit of dark ink as a shaddow behind her feet. I fixed all the ink with a spray fixative.
I placed the triangle onto my backing card and drew a line in pencil along the one edge. I then stamped along this line with the Perfumerie text and erased the pencil line. I attached the triangle onto the base card with foam tape.
Stamps used: The lady is by Hero Arts and the Perfume stamps are from Crafty Individuals.

The retro is awesome. I only wish I was that tall and svelte and fashionable. It’s spring here in Michigan…so I’m wearing two shirts….with a hoodie sweatshirt on top and wool socks. Not quite the diva I wish I was. The colors on your card is one of may faav combinations. Regards…G
