By The Beach Card – Challenge #40

Morning everyone

Over at Addicted to Stamps and More the challenge is to make a card inspired by the photo show below.  You can take an element from the photo or the photo as a whole as your inspiration.  Lots of scope for this one.

To see full details of the challenge, the wonderful inspirational pieces by the DT and to join in the fun please click on the link above.

Here is my DT piece for this weeks challenge.

beach 40 photo

I cut three squares of card, using a punch and stamped the small images onto them.  I then coloured the images and edged the squares are card with a gold pen.  I stamped the bottle and the glass, cut it out and coloured it in.  I attached the all of the stamped pieces to my base card using foam tape.

Items I used:

  • Stamps Used: Small beach scenes – Stamp Addicts.  Wine bottle and glass – Stamp Happens.
  • White coated card stock.
  • Black Archival Ink.
  • Felt pens for ink and a paint brush.
  • Foam tape

If you are knew to challenges and want to take part,  all you have to do is make your project as per the guidelines of the challenge.   Take a photograph of it and then go to the Addicted to Stamps and More challenge blog.  You will see under the DT pieces (on the left) there is a blue frog “add link”.   Click on this and follow the instructions to add the photo of your project and the link back to your blog post.  Under the frog you will see there is a note of when the challenges closes and how many days you have left to enter.

We hope you will be able to join in the fun and look forward to seeing your projects.

Happy Crafting.

Best Wishes Florence x
