Countdown to Christmas and another hot pick

Hi everyone,

Here is another one of my hot picks for Christmas from Nicecrane Designs.

I have slightly changed the images using PSE.  At the moment I am not putting on the blog how I am changing these images ie., the levels etc but if enough interest is shown then I will.  In the meantime if anyone has any questions about my alterations to the images please give me a shout.

To create the little musical circles I have just used the eraser.  To put my own mark on this I have added the word memories down the left hand side.

I was quite pleased with how these mono cards turned out.   I thought it would just make a change for this year.

For my last card today I have gone for all colour.  I slightly softened this image.  I added all little bits and bobs from my scrap box.  The number 25 came off the calendar.  Again I used the eraser tool to  make some magic sparkle circles.  I do think that the effect lifts the image a little.

I hope you have great fun with the images.  Dont forget you can change them to suit your own style.  Change the colours, crop elements out of the image, decoupage them up….the list is endless.

If you are using Nicecrane Designs Images please call in and say Hi I would love to visit your blog and see what you are making with the images.  It doesn’t have to be my blog, you can leave a comment on Ignacios blog if that is easier for you.

Also check out my blogging friend and fellow crafter Monika skinners Blog.  Monika (DT member for NCD)  has been making some fabulous creations with Nicecrane Designs images.

Thank you for stopping by.

Have a great weekend and happy crafting.

I love both the stylish monochrome and the bold, bright and beautiful colour variations! The little bubbles created with the eraser are so clever – what a great idea.

I had a crazy work week on the back of the big house move, so I’m looking forward to some catching up (crafting and sleeping!) over the next few days.
