Hi everyone
Yep, me again. I know, I don’t blog for ages and then there are a stream of posts from me.
Well you can blame Lynne for this post. I popped over to see what gorgeous creations she had been making and I noticed she had very kindly shared some details of the “That’s Crafty” Challenge.
I have read the challenge rules and I think I comply. I notice that you have to follow the That’s Crafty blog. I do by e.mail so I hope that is ok.
This weeks challenge is “You Spin Me Right Round”. I will leave that one with you and hope the music in your head soon stops!! lol!
Here is my little card.
The challenge is to use something round on your creation so I have used button and the polka dots on the sewing machine cut out.
I used dies to cut out my machine and the button holder.
I stamped the little flower image (love this little flower image) on the button card to give it a country cottage feel and added some vintage buttons.
I sewed the little piece of lace to the backing paper and then just mat and layered everything.
I stamped some little cotton reels onto card and pretty paper and added those using foam pads.
Stamps used: Chocolate Baroque – Patchwork Landscape and Haberdashery.
Thank you for calling in. Always great to have your company.

Gorgeous and creative Florence, love the sewing theme. Hugs, Shirleyxx
Love what you’ve done here Florence. Being a tailoress I can appreciate it. Hugs Rita xxx
So the finger of blame is pointing directly at me!!!
There is a gorgeous, country cottage feel to this card, exuding warmth and nostalgia. That is such a pretty stamp, the flower stamp on the button card and I love the die-cut sewing machine.
