Phew! I feel exhausted now! lol!
Today I would like to share a card made using Chocolate Baroque Stamps and one of Lesley Wharton’s free backing papers which is available for download on CB’s Color Challenge Blog here.
I also made a journal book out of an old book using the same papers which can be seen HERE
I stamped the Chess Board image and the decorative edge pattern onto the backing paper using Black Archival Ink and then trimmed the whole piece to size.
Just to lift the Chess Board image a little I added a few white lines using white craft paint and a small paint brush.
I made the little Gentleman embellishment by stamping the image onto a piece of white card stock, trimmed it to size and then aged the piece by applying Distress Inks around the edge.
I then cut out a fancy frame using a die and attached the stamped image to it using foam tabs.
I then made up the card as seen.
