Come Sail With Me – 3 Card Variations

Hi everyone

I hope your weekend is going well.

Thank you to everyone for your recent visits, comments and kind words on my recent posts.

Today I would like to share 3 cards made with Crafty Individuals new stamp
“Come Sail With Me”.
I really enjoyed making these and they brought back lots of lovely memories from our sailing days.  Not so much fun doing the laundry in a bucket but great experiences.

All of the cards are very similar with just a slight variation.

Card 1

The size of this featured stamp is 70 mm x 93mm which is great in itself but I wanted to elongate the image to create long thin cards.

Card 2

I found this quite easy to do by adding further stamping below the main stamped image, embellishments and sentiments.

Card 3

I teamed up the stamped toppers on Cards 2 and 3 with Crafty Individuals pretty background paper which I find does match up great with Distress Ink Colours.

Hi Florence, fabulous cards and a wizard idea to use other stamps to lengthen the image, beautifully designed and coloured, love them,Kate x

  2. PaperPuff

I bought this one too…. Love how you have extended the image with additional stamping. I really like the background on card 1 as well.

  3. Gerrina

Love the strong “musculaine” look on the first and second card! And so different the last; that could easily sent to a woman aswell. Hoop you have a good and maybe bit sunny week!

  4. Pat

Three wonderful cards and I love the way you have elongated the designs by adding stamped borders, birds and sentiments Florence, and the background papers work beautifully. x
