Vintage Snow Babies – Easy Christmas Cards

Hi everyone

I hope you are all well.
Thank you so much to everyone for your lovely comments and kind words on my previous posts.

Today I would like to share two easy Christmas Cards using one of my all time favourite Christmas stamps from Crafty Individuals.  The beautiful little vintage snow baby (*please see offer info at the bottom of post).  I have had this stamp for years and it is one I use time and time again.

Card 1

This stamp has a lovely boarder around it but for card 1 above I inked up just the snow baby in the center of the stamp.
I added the little gems using a circle dinky stencil to position them.  Really quick and easy to do and no measuring.
The card was then made up as seen.

Card 2

For card 2 I used the whole of the stamp including the boarder.
I added the twine around the focal piece and then mat and layered the card as seen.

Crafty Individuals Stamps used:

Little Snow Baby CI 240
CI Background Papers Travels to Italy Book 5
Dinky Stencil Circles

*Before I leave you today I just wanted to share an offer I spotted on the Crafty Individuals Website.  It’s a Christmas themed pack of goodies.  It is such great value that I really would feel as if I had let you down if I didn’t share the info. The offer pack includes this snow baby stamp, the gorgeous robin red breast stamp and much, much more.  It would also make a great Christmas gift complete or even if you give friends just one of the stamps each.  This isn’t something I would normally include in a post but I just thought it is too good to miss out on.

Thank you for looking

Take care all

Flo x

Great cards Flo – so much so that I can’t choose between them. They’re alike but totally different. And because of the differences, somehow that snow baby stamp looks different too. Love them. ~ Cobs.x

How lovely Florence, it’s a gorgeous image and you’ve used super colours on both cards, beautifully designed pieces, love them Kate x

  3. Craftyfield

It’s a darling image, and both cards are lovely. Like a magpie I am drawn to the “blingier” one but the second one is elegant and stylish…
