Hi everyone,
Here is another card made with the new Pictorial Invoice stamp from Crafty Individuals. I mentioned in yesterday’s post about adding the little vintage girl to the Pictorial Invoice image. I think it has an Alice in wonderland feel about it especially with the flamingo.
The base of the focal piece is white coated card stock, coloured with Distress Inks and then stamped with black Staz-On. The little girl, was stamped onto coated card stock, coloured and cut out. Some of the smaller elements were coloured in with diluted ink using a paint brush to make them stand out more.
I wasn’t keen on the rose in the top left hand corner being a peachy colour so I stamped the rose again onto white card stock, coloured it pretty pink and cut it out and then attached it with foam tabs. It wasn’t planned but I think by decoupaging the rose, it balances out the little girl.
For some more thoughts and ideas using this stamp, please see this post HERE.
Crafty Individuals stamps used:
Pictorial Invoice CI 480
Childhood Friendship Memories CI 277
Distress Inks
Below are the links to all of the new CI stamps. The reason I am adding this is because they are currently at a really great offer price but I am not sure how long for. I wouldn’t want crafty friends to miss out.
