Tropical Sunset Card

Helloooo! to anyone calling in today.

I hope all of my blogging friends are well.

I have been a little absent again from blog land. No excuses really. I’ve been busy with jobs and also taking time out and just enjoy crafting. Trying different things inky and painty. Getting back into sewing and dress making.  I found some of my big bottles of paints in the garage last weekend and had a marathon geli plate session. So much fun. I also made some master boards. Not sure what I’m going to do with those but……  🙂

Anyways, a quick post to share a card from last year. I found it whilst I was sorting through some photos.  I don’t think I have posted this before. Oh well, if I have, I have! 🙂

Stamped image over Distress Ink background. That’s it. Nice and quick.

Crafty Individuals stamps CI 497 Tropical Sunset.

Before I leave you today. I’ve been keeping up todate with some of my blogging friend on Instagram. If you are on Instagram, can you let me know. I’ve tracked down a few of you but not all.

Thank you for looking.

Take care, Flo x

  1. Looks like it’s the time to experiment and take on older techniques and materials again; like that! Had a Gelliplate session with a crafty friend last week; got so much energy from it….
Love the bright colours on this one; makes a gray day here a lot sunnier! Hugs, Gerrina

  2. Love the background Flo! As it happens this very stamp appears on a card of mine in the upcoming Craft Stamper issue! Been a bit absent from blogland too but hope situation will return to normal soon.
I’m not on Instagram, yet, anyway, difficult enough to get my head around Facebook!

  3. This is gorgeous Flo and the hot colours really make it feel like a tropical scene. I’m sorry not to have been around to take a look at your wonderful work lately but this last month has been so busy that the time has just vanished. I have been looking back and love all your beautiful owls and love what you have done with each and every one of them. x
