Having a Roaring Time….. 2 cards

Hi everyone,

Thank you for your lovely comments on my last post.

Today’s card features another of the fabulous new stamps from Crafty Individuals designed by Ellie Mulligan. Huge congratulations to Ellie. These stamps have been a “roaring success”.  So pleased for her.

Focal piece – stamped onto white coated card using black Staz-On and coloured with ink. The background piece is one from my stash of gelli prints.

Flo Langley Lion Card CI -b-097dd

I used just half of the image on this card. It was stamped and coloured in the same way as the first.

Crafty Individuals stamps used: Lion King CI 324 – Size 96mm x 137 mm…..great size.
All of stamps designed by Ellie can now be seen here on the CI website

Thank you for looking,

Flo x

  1. This is a magnificent image and beautifully coloured Flo. I’m not usually a lover of zentangle, and I know I won’t buy these latest stamps, but your designs have all been amazing and great inspiration. Hope you have a good weekend planned, even if it’s doing nothing lol, Kate x

  2. I think I like him better in a CAS design on white card! Not a Zentangle fan either but the lion has an undeniable “presence” for lack of a better word! Happy weekend, Florence.

  3. The lion is my favourite I think as its mane looks great with all the tangle patterns, and the second with him peering round the edge of the card is such a great idea. Super cards Flo. x

  4. Again, fabulous cards and techniques with this magnificent lion!!! Great idea to use only half of the image to create the second card, it’s sufficient, and gives some mystery really charming. Well done Flo!!! xx
