Hi everyone,
I hope you are all enjoying the weekend. Thank you so much everyone for your lovely comments and kind words on my recent posts.
Over the years I have met so many wonderfully talented people in blog land. A lot of friends have moved on and taken a different creative path and it has been a delight to see them grow and develope in their art and creativity. With this in mind I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge congratulations to Marianne Coyne from Leisure Lane blog on opening her shop on Redbubble which you can see HERE. Marianne is not only an extremely talented artist, author and crafter but also such an inspiration. Thank you Marianne for your support and kindness over the years. Wishing you every success with your new adventure. I am truly pleased for you.
Back to crafting. Today, I would like to share two cards made with the Little Owlets stamp from Crafty Individuals.
Just a little closeup of the owls. They are so cute
Pretty simple really. Stamped the image, coloured it and then layed the card as seen. The background piece is a gelli print. I have a confession, I did smudge a little bit and didn’t realise until I had coloured the image. So I quickly stamped the butterfly. I know its there!! 🙂
The second card was made in exactly the same way. Apologies for photo.
Crafty Individuals stamps used:
Linda Edwards design – Little Owlets CI 442

Thank you for looking.
Take care,

Flo, thank you so much for your kind words and support! It was such a thrill to come by your blog to see your latest beauty only to be greeted by your wonderful surprise. I am so happy to have met you and to be exposed to your creative talent. Your owl card is delightful and I love the fact that you make your cards so different by just adding different colors and backgrounds. Nice save with the butterfly addition, which by the way adds a perfect touch next to the “Friends forever”. It’s amazing how mishaps can turn out to be the best thing. Thank you, again, dear sweet friend for your support and kindness over the years. Many more to come, for sure. God bless you.
Hugs,
Marianne xox

So beautiful Flo, I love the owl image and your colour pallet is gorgeous, Kate x
They jump out of the page! Gorgeous card, Flo!
If you hadn’t told about the smudge we wouldn’t know…. Both cards so bright and beautiful with the white background on the first and the white and purple dotted at the 2nd one; the contrast let’s the owls pop even more! Hugs, Gerrina
