Holly and Ivy card 2

Hi everyone,

Thank you for your comments on my post yesterday.

Well good news from this end….the office decorating is finished! Yey! I’m getting to old for this sort of thing. Darling husband has got to put the flooring down and job done.

Another quick card using Isabelle’s (Isa’s) new stamps. If you missed yesterdays post, Crafty Indivdiuals’ design team member Isa has designed a new Christmas Florals CI 566 stamp set.

This stamp set is fabulous. I can’t praise it enough really. Crafty Individuals have given me the stamp set and I truly love it.

The images are so lovely to colour.

I stamped the main image and Holly and Ivy text in black stazon onto coated cards stock. I masked the cones and flowers and stamped the script with versa magic ink. I coloured the image with diluted ink and a paint brush. I added a little bit of grey ink under the leaves to try and give a 3D effect. I quite liked how it turned out. I layered my stamped piece onto a piece of Crafty Individuals background papers from the Mismesh papers pack which were designed by yours truly. Hey, its my blog I can plug them if I want to! 🙂 🙂

Thank you for looking.

Take care everyone.

One day at a time

Hugs Flo x

Another beautiful card Flo, I’m really loving your colour pallet, and pretty papers for the background too.

Another beautiful card using the cone and foliage stamp and love the background script and words to accompany the wonderfully coloured image Flo, and the shading around it really makes it look 3D. The pretty background paper goes perfectly too…so elegant! x
